What deep cleaning solves
Routine cleaning maintains a space that is already in reasonable condition. It does not deal with the slow accumulation: soap scum that has hardened in the shower, grease film on the tops of kitchen cabinets, dust bonded to baseboards and vents, or the inside of an oven. Those need time and a different method.
A deep clean is the reset that makes routine cleaning viable again. It is typically the right starting point before moving to a regular schedule, because maintaining a space is far easier than repeatedly failing to catch up with one.

We don’t publish flat rates — the same service varies a great deal between properties. These are the factors that actually change the scope:
- How long since the last thorough clean
- Size of the space and number of bathrooms
- Level of build-up in kitchens and bathrooms specifically
- Whether inside-appliance work is included
- Surface types and what they tolerate
- How much clutter must be worked around

Be specific about the worst areas
Deep cleaning is time-intensive, so it pays to direct it. Point out the shower, the oven, the utility room — wherever the build-up actually is — so effort lands where you will notice it.
Decide on inside-appliance work upfront
Inside the oven and refrigerator are substantial jobs in their own right. Confirming them before the visit means the time is scoped in rather than squeezed.
Clear what you want cleaned underneath
Counters, shelves, and floors can only be deep cleaned where they are reachable. Moving personal items beforehand meaningfully increases what gets covered.

We can often give a rough estimate over the phone. For larger jobs we schedule an in-person walkthrough and give you a clear estimate based on size and scope.

Once you approve the estimate, we schedule the cleaning for a date and time that’s convenient for you.

Our team arrives with the necessary supplies and completes the agreed-upon cleaning with attention to detail.

We check in afterward to make sure you’re satisfied, and talk through weekly, biweekly, or monthly service if you want it.
